You're invited to a 6-week series of Zoom meetings to conduct a detailed review of what happened in the last year and make detailed plans to grow into our dreams for the coming year; all in a supportive and non-judgmental group setting.
- Week 1 - your year in photos; favorite photos, memes, clips, videos, and images from the last year
- Week 2 - high level review; main themes, changes, events and feelings of the past year
- Week 3 - granular review; favorite memories and moments; challenges and struggles
- Week 4 - areas of life assessment; focus, momentum, sacrifices and deferrals
- Week 5 - the year ahead; areas for growth, course corrections, burning desires, commitments
- Week 6 - summary & next steps; summary of last year, audacious goals for new year and steps for accomplishment

Yvette is a credentialed provider of Cannabis Assisted Psychedelic Therapy (CAPT), She received her credential through The Center for Medicinal Mindfulness, one of the first legal psychedelic therapy centers in North America. She's an ordained minister, a trained facilitator, and experienced in shamanic and energy healing practices. She uses all her skills and knowledge to provide a safe and supported space for healing, growth and transformation.
